I have tried everything to get Adobe flash to work on Firefox 53.0, reinstalled Adobe flash, turned off ad blocker, turned off pop up blocker, turned off ante virus, turned off hardware exceleration, nothing works, it always CRASHES. I cannot find the program to adjust the "options", there is no logo to right click on & the sample on Adobe's page to right click on to change options always crashes before I can.
I hope I have included enough information to be useful if boring.

I have Windows 7, 32 bit, Firefox 53.0,

I was still fighting Adobe, I installed a new version of CCleaner, uninstalled Adobe flash again, ran the cleaner, removed Google Chrome again that had been installed & removed Explorer, again, reinstalled Adobe, tried the BBC Adobe flash video again and it actually WORKED!
I don't know which of my changes was the right one but it's working for now.
