Hi,

Please provide the following information:

  • OS you are using.
  • Browser you are using.
  • Version of Flash Player installed.

To check version of Flash Player installed you can go to Adobe - Flash Player page.

To get latest version of Flash Player go to Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions in your respective browser and download and install Flash Player.

Thanks!

I have the same issue as OP. The Adobe plugin is being blocked on a number of sites I go to, and I actually can't get it to work at all -even by manually allowing the site to use the plugin.

The major U.S. browsers are making changes which make it more difficult to run Flash-based content.

While the browsers continue to be a moving target, we'll try to keep these documents up-to-date:

Enable Flash Player for Firefox

Enable Flash Player for Google Chrome

Adobe Flash Player enabled but not recognized in Windows 10 Edge

Enable Adobe Flash Player for Safari
