Create Projector grayed out?

Every time I try to use the Create Projector feature, it is grayed out

I haven't been able to find a solution

Every post online is about flash player 11, but it is still an issue for me

I have tried using several different versions but none of them work

Forgot to mention, running Windows 7 64 bit, if you need any other info about my computer just ask

I asked around, and it sounds like this was disabled several years ago.  Adobe AIR is the recommended path for developing desktop applications using Flash technology.

you can publish Porjector from Flash/Animate CC

Commands > Export as Projector
