creative media player

I'm trying to install creative media player on win 10 it keeps telling me I need adobe but its says its already loaded on win 10 I need to load creative media player but it stops at the point were it says you need to have adobe? help plz

Could you please share the screenshot of the screen where you are getting a message to install creative media player?
