Recieved a Download update message (same as it's been for many years)

Difference between "ha" and "xa" and What is "Stage 3D"?

these https links had different file extensions.
1) The first link went from English to a different launguage with the words "Stage 3D" that is not in the english download.

       flashplayer32au_ha_install.

2) So I login to Adobe account to get the Flash Player and get this download:
