Distribution license not received

Last week I applied distribution license for Adobe Flash, Reader, Air and shockwave. But I still have not received the licenses. I have already checked my Junk E-mails but nothing there. Could someone please help?

Sorry for the late reply.  Adobe's North American offices were closed last week.
