Distribution License

Hi,

• Operating system version - Windows 7, 8 & 10
• Web browser and version - Chrome, Firefox and IE
• Flash Player version  - Latest

I have applied for an Adobe Distribution License and been accepted. However I have no idea how I access the msi downloads to deploy?

Please assist.

Hi,

The email you received will have the URL to access, Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe​,  Log into this page to download the MSI installers.

Note that Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE on Windows 8 and above and all updates are distributed by Microsoft via Windows Updates.  As such, the MSI installers will not install Flash Player for IE on these OS versions.  To update Flash Player for IE on Windows 8 and above run Windows Updates.

You kindly gave me the link for Flash, however I don't have a link for Adobe Air or Reader distribution. Could you provide these too?

I will request the licensing team resend the email.  It will have the URLs to download AIR and Reader, assuming you also applied for the AIR and Reader distribution licenses.

Hi,

The licensing team has resent the email.  They informed me the license was originally requested in November 2016.  Since the licenses are only valid for 1 year, they are only valid until November 2017, at which time you'll need to apply again to continue accessing the distribution pages.

Please confirm if you did, or did not, receive the email.
