Does Flash player work properly with dot net website?

I am planning to embed some videos to my website and is curious to know that flash player will work properly with them or not. As once earlier I tried but videos were not playing on my website. Here is the link of my website LINK REMOVED

This is not a place to promote your site, so we'll have that link removed. For now, until it is switched off, Flash should work, but you should no longer as a website developer be using Flash to place videos! Critical knowledge for a web site developer.
