when i try to update flash player the download hits 52% and jumps to download failed!!!!what is up with your site????

Are you trying to download the installer file from the website, or have you downloaded in the shim installer and it's failing to download during the installation process itself?

Please provide the following information:

• Operating system version
• Web browser and version
• Flash Player version
• Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
• A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
• If you get error messages, please provide a screenshot

i'm running windows 10 firefox browser. i am downloading from the website,

and the website kicks me out after the download reaches 52% and says

"download failed".

There is no 'download' percent indicator on the Flash Player download page.  Just the blue download arrow in the upper right.

When installing, there is download percent indicator:

If it's failing at this point, we'll need to review the shim/online installer log files to see if there is an error.  Please upload the 2 files, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs to cloud.acrobat.com/send (see How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud​) or some other file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require user account to access.  Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
