Erro de Aplicativo ao instalar Adobe FlashPlayer

Não consigo atualizar o Adobe Flash Player para a versão 2.0.0.143 em um PC com placa-mãe ASUS A7S266-VM/U2 e S.O. Windows XP Profissional.

Tentei baixar novamente o instalador e reinstalar o aplicativo mas não obtive êxito.

Alguém sabe o que está acontecendo? Como posso resolver o problema?

Hi,

Does your Windows XP system have a Service Pack installed?  If so, which one?

I am not familiar with the error reported. I'll need to obtain the installer log files and send them to the online installer team to investigate further.

The log files, Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log, are saved at C:\Documents and Settings\<YourUserID>\Local Settings\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs.  Upload both files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161.  Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.

For now, please try using the offline installer posted at the bottom of the https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html page in the 'Still having problems' section.  Note that you will get an 'unknown publisher' error as Windows XP does not support the latest sha256 digital certificates used by the offline installers.
