Hi,

(I tried the forum, but it was impossible)

Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (build 2600)

Firefox ESR, ver. 52.9.0 (32 bits)

Flash ver. 32.0.0.223

Error: “Ci dispiace, non è possibile riprodurre il video” (Italiano)

Flash Player correctly installed. I can see the animation, the clouds

moving, and the tree with a moving tire.

I can see some videos on the same site, others don’t.

The error I got is that the content is not available in the U.S., via that specific site/service.  This is common due to content licensing (content may be licenses to only be viewable in certain countries by the host).  Since this is an Italian site, my guess is the content is viewable only in Italy, or perhaps some European countries, but this is up to the content provider and the license they paid to have the content available on their site. YouTube doesn't use Flash.  They haven't in many years.

For the link you posted, it returns the error "Ci dispiace, questo video non è disponibile nel tuo paese"


It's not clear if the content is Flash content or not.  Right-clicking on the content does not display the Flash context menu.

The error you're getting is different, but it's very vague.  It appears to give no reason, just that the video couldn't be played.  It's difficult, at best, to troubleshoot that.  I recommend contacting the content provider for assistance.

I don't think this site/service/player uses Flash.  I searched their FAQ for Flash, and it returns 0 results (Risultati ricerca – Dplay Italia )

There are a few questions about what devices and browsers can be used:

C’è un browser consigliato? – Dplay Italia

Su quali dispositivi posso guardare Dplay? – Dplay Italia

Neither mention Flash.
