error code 214000 internet exployer windows 7

Having trouble with an error code 214000 making it unable to open video news files. I have internet exployer and windows 7.

This is a recent problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

What is the exact link to the content that is returning the error?

What is the Flash Player version you are using?

Please post a screenshot of the error you are receiving.

Thank you for posting the screenshot.  The error you're getting is from XFinity, not Flash Player.  Performing an internet search for that error, the only hit I got was for https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/XFINITY-Stream-Website/error-code-214000/td-p/3282832.  Please contact XFinity for help with this error.
