Every time I try to

every time I dry to download adobe flash player it says "application initialization error" I've tried it about 100 times . I'm not sure what to do at this point it's very frustrating

Is this on Mac or Windows?

 

If on Mac, this is usually due to extracting the APP from within the mounted DMG.  Launch the installer directly from within the mounted DMG file w/out extracting it.

 

If on Windows, I'll need to review the installation log files: Using Windows Explorer to C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs and upload both files (Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log) to Document Cloud (see https://community.adobe.com/t5/flash-player/how-to-share-a-file-using-adobe-document-cloud/td-p/4787...) or some other file sharing service of your choice that doesn't require account login to access.

 

AppData directory is a hidden directory.  If you don't see it see Show hidden files for instructions to unhide files/folders in Windows
