Expired Adobe Pass Token

I am using a Mac Book Air & when I try to watch something on NBC, It says "Expired Adobe Pass Token. Token expiration date has passed." I tried deauthorizng my computer & restarting my computer, nothing has worked. I am not sure how to proceed. I have: NPAPI Plug-in version 28.0.0.137 is installed and PPAPI Plug-in version 28.0.0.137 is installed.

Do you need to log into NBC's website to view video?  If so, what happens when you log out and back in?
