Fake Adobe Update

Hi guys,

I am using an Imac with Firefox installed and every now and then I get an Adobe Flash update request page pops up

And it won't go away I have to close Firefox down to get rid of it and my question is is it the real thing or is it spyware?

The ONLY place to get Flash is https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
