I'm unable to run an interactive sessions from any source - Webinars, online classes, etc. the following message appears in every application even though the Settings show that Flash Player is installed and enabled.
If a different browser, or the options in the support documentation doesn't help, please provide the following:
Microsoft Edge, MS IE 11, and Firefox
