We are using Flash 127.0.0.130 on Win 7.  When we play flash content from web sites (for audio/video playback) all the playback is heard through the pc tower (not the speakers).  An example web site is qvc.com.

During my testing, on several pcs, web sites using flash (for audio and video playback) play sound from the pc not
the speakers.  Web sites not using Flash 27.0.0.130 play audio from the speakers.

Does Support have options for a resolution?

This is a user-to-user forum, not Flash Player support, although some staff members participate in between their normal workload.

There is a new feature, Support Audio Output Selection in Flash Player', in FP 27 that you may be encountering.  Please refer to the Release Notes Flash Player 27 AIR 27 for more information on this feature.
