Flash Player doesn't uninstall itself. What you're probably encountering is the Flash Player being blocked by the browser as essentially all browsers block Flash by default forcing users to enable it, for each browsing session.
Please provide the following information:
- Operating System, including version
- Browser, including version
- direct link to content that is not working

'http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer does not work.'
I don't know wha tyou mean by 'does not work'. Please provide detailed information that will help troubleshoot your issue.
