Flash Play Creating Problem

Hello There Friends,

i have a problem with flash player i often watch movies and play game on holiday. but when ever i am trying to watch movies and play game on my pc webbrowser an error comes up that flash player not working properly. (links removed by moderation)

i tried other site too but failed please anyone solve my problem asap. my this holiday is gone in vain.
