flash player 27 crashed on IE11 WIN7SP1

after installing the latest version of flash player ,turnning and closing tabs became very slow, sometimes even "iexplore.exe" halted or it shows "运行不正常的加载项或恶意加载项导致 Internet Explorer 关闭此网页",(sorry i'm a chinese, not ware of what it should be in english).

the os is win7sp1(simplified chinese) , re-installed with the MSDN original ISO file , just updated ie to version 11 , without any hotfix or external sofiware.

in order to prove the problem was caused by flash player 27 , i also try the original ie8 and ie10 ,but the issues still.

finally i have no idea but to install the older version 26 which ran very compatibly!

have ADOBE realized this issues?hope it'll be solved quickly!

Have you tested with the latest beta?  (Flash Player 27.0.0.180)

It has more changes than Flash Player 27.0.0.183, and likely contains the fix to any of the recent, commonly reported crashes.

You can get it here: http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayerbeta

Unfortunately, this doesn't tell me anything useful.  I need an actual crash dump in order to understand what the problem is.

Hi,

27.0.0.183 fixes the crash and is now available.

Please go to get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download the latest version.

We can't speak as to when Microsoft (Win 8.x/10 for Edge/IE) would release the update.

Thanks!

Hi,

we have the same issues (2000 clients) with flash 27 and even 27.0.0.183 did not fix it!

The only workaround so far is using flash 26, which is kind of tricky because of the downgrade check.

Kind Regards,

sboba

Have you tested with the last beta (27.0.0.180)? It has several dozen changes that are not included in 27.0.0.183.

If not, please grab it here, and see if it resolves your problem:
http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayerbeta/

If the issue persists, there's a good chance that we don't know about it, or have enough detail to resolve it.

The best thing you could provide would be a publicly accessible link and instructions on how to reproduce the problem.

Short of that, a crash dump would be helpful.

Thank you for reporting the issue; however, there's not sufficient detail to investigate effectively.

Please see the following guide on how to report a crash or error:

Hi,

the error already occured in version 27.0.0.170 and it seems like any flash content is causing it. It is 100% reproducable.

We already excluded any possible other reason: virus scan, appsense, security policies, firewall denies, ...
