Flash Player 31.0.0.108 download links for Windows are invalid

9-11-18 I'm going to the Adobe Software Distribution page for Adobe Flash downloads like I do every patch Tuesday, and the download links for all 3 Windows MSI files are not working, it just goes back to the distribution page when clicking on them.  Tried multiple computers.  As a test, I tried the Macintosh .dmg link, and it worked fine.

Please look into and correct as soon as possible.
