Flash player blocked on mac

Hello,

I have the most recent update on my macbook yet when I try to log into a gaming website on (my main browser) Chrome it says the  adobe flashplayer is blocked.  I went to my computer settings yet nothing is catching my eye as something that is restricted.  Does anyone else have this problem?

You have to enable Flash Every. Single. Time you run Flash. Do you know how to do that?
