I have some doubts regarding the operation of Flash, which will be discontinued in December.
- Will it be discontinued in all browsers, including old ones? Example: Explorer
- The adoberuntimes (offline), which is installed on machines, also stop? Or will it be only in browsers?
We have applications that are opened through a WebView and the content is in flash.
Yes, all browsers will drop support for Flash Player and Flash Player (offline) will stop working after end-of-life.
If you have applications that require Flash Player it's recommended you contact the application developer to see if they're updating their applications to not use Flash Player.

Adober announced 3 years ago that they would be end-of-lifing Flash Player - meaning no more Flash Player. All browser vendors announced, at the same time, they would be dropping support for Flash Player when Flash Player reaches end-of-life. Therefore, no browser will be able to load Flash when they drop support for it.
