Flash player can not run on chrome although it is enable.

Flash player did not work on google chrome although it is enable. When I play facebook video, it shows to download flash player.
I have already downloaded and installed it. When I check with flash player help, it shows "flash player is disable" as shown in attached picture. When I check the chrome setting as per guideline, it has been already enable. Pls, could someone help me?
