Could you please inform me whether Flash player can be installed on smartphone, or it's only for PCs, Laptops etc only.

If it can be installed, could you please provide me with the steps to do it?

Flash Player is not supported on mobile devices. See Tech specs | Adobe Flash Player for supported devices.
