Flash Player creating distribution form with response form

Hi Since January 12, 2021 we unable to open the response form. Usually when we create a distribution form the response form will automatically created. The distibution form can open but the response form cannot because of the flash player. Is there any advise.

My guess is that updating to a current version of Acrobat or Reader will solve this. They did a bunch of work to remove dependencies on Flash Player.

Is this created using Flash Player, or a PDF form?

 

The advice given throughout these forums is to migrate to a differnet technology no longer reliant on Flash Player as it has reached end-of-life.

 

Adobe announced Flash Player's end-of-life in July 2017, three and a half years ago, giving content creators over 3 years to migrate their Flash content to a different technology.
