Distributing Flash Player within an organization requires a distribution license (free for the vast majority of use cases).  To request a distribution license please go to Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe

The majority of the requests are processed almost immediately, but can take up to 2-3 days to process.  The email comes from noreply@adobe.com and contains an encrypted PDF attachment.  Spam filters and/or perimeter email scanners have been known to block the email.

If, after 2-3 days, you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and/or with your quarantine folder to see if it's there.  If it's not, private message me the Adobe ID/email address used to request the distribution license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.
