Flash Player does not install [Branched from Cannot download and install Adobe Flash Player]

Unfortunately, I play a Pogo game I am addicted to and now they require Adobe Flash.   grrrrr - why cant things stay the same?'

I have tried 5 times and I have done it 5 times to install Adobe Flash and it does not install.  But on the control panel it shows I have the program 3 times.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong?  I am totally at lost with this issue and found this place to ask someone.
