Flash Player is not supported on Android.  There are old versions that people used to side-load, but they're several years old, are missing several hundred security patches, and are only available from sketchy sources (Adobe does not distribute them).  We would strongly discourage Android users from trying to go that route.

There are some third-party browsers like Puffin (puffinbrowser.com) that try to stream Flash content running in the cloud back to mobile devices.  That may or may not be adequate for your application.  It looks like Puffin might not be available for Kindle Fire these days.  They have some blog posts about it.
