Flash player for Chrome with Windows 10 not working for google ighome weather gadget

download flash player and seems to install, but when ighome connected, not there for accuweather gadget or any other gadget that uses flash player

Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome.  There is no need to install it separately.  While it's embedded,  Google disables/blocks Flash by default.  To unblock it:

1. go to ighome.com
2. click the blocked plug-in icon on the right side of the address field and click manage
3. This opens a new page to chrome://settings/content/flash
4. toggle the 'Block sites from running Flash (recommended) switch to change it to 'Ask first'
5. Go back to the ighome.com tab
6. Click in the Accuweather widget that has the missing plugin icon
7. A window will display prompting to allow Flash - click Allow
8. Accuweather Flash widget will display
