Flash player for windows not a browser

Hi i have some games on my pc that i want to play where i need flash player on my PC (not browser) and i dont know why i cant get that not that i had it on my old pc, dont know what is going on so plz help.

You may just need to enable Flash in your browser:

Flash Player is a browser plugin, that’s all it is. It was never an app, but there was an app Flash Projector. I don’t know if it is still available, and if it is, whether it goes away at the end of the year.
