Cannot upgrade Flash player on Mac OSX 10.11.3 getting Error Msg – You can't open the application "installer" because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.

Ok figured out the reason it wasn't playing the video. I changed my IP to a US address and it played. So it's not available to play in Canada.

How are you trying to upgrade Flash Player?

Hi Thank you I downloaded the version from the link you sent and it installed correctly. The problem is the video still isn't playing but it must be another issue - I used the Test flash player video and it is working and installed correctly. I tried 3 browsers and all have the same problem loading the video.

Ok I also checked in system preferences under Flash Player to update and it says I'm missing the PPAPI plugin. I updated it but it reinstalled flash player again and the plugin seems to still be missing. This could be the issue.
