flash player installation

I am elderly lady and not the best on a pc but I used to play games on my pc and then Microsoft did an update and now I can't play anything without flashplayer   I think it is installed now but it says that it is disabled  I do what it says to enable it but it still does not work and it says disabled Please please help Ive been trying for 2 weeks

It sounds like you're operating system is Windows 10 and you're using Microsoft Edge browser.  If so, please see Troubleshooting Flash Player on Microsoft Edge​ and Extending User Control of Flash with Click-to-Run - Microsoft Edge Dev BlogMicrosoft Edge Dev Blog for assistance.  If you're using a different operating system and browser, please post what that is.
