Flash Player is constantly blocked

i have set flash in chrome, but this MUST be done each time i play a game from facebook..   in settings i want to keep from being blocked.  how do i prevent chrome from blocking flash player on a permanent basis. 

Your Flash settings will be kept until you quit Chrome.

This is a browser setting.  Nothing to do with Adobe.  As Flash nears end-of-life, at the end of 2020, browser vendors are continuously making changes to how the browser handles Flash.  For the most part, they now force users to allow/enable Flash for each browsing session only, resulting in users having to allow/enable Flash every time they start a new session (e.g. completely close/ecit the browser and then launch the browser again)
