Flash player keeps crashing

I have Windows 10 with Windows 10 Pro and am using Firefox browser.

I am attempting to use Pronunciator  http://learning.pronunciator.com.proxy153.nclive.org/getstarted.php?library_id=19450

I have downloaded the latest version of Flash Player.

I consistently get the black page with crash notification; reload does not help.

Please help.
