Flash Player not updating via WSUS on W10 1709

Hi,

I am experiencing some difficulties with the update 4074595 (and former updates).

I am using WSUS in my organization and updates are generally working fine. But now I found out that my 1709 Clients are still running on Flash 27.0.0.130

In WSUS I can see that update 4074595 has been downloaded and approved. Nevertheless the clients are not downloading the newer Version. When I approve other updates, the client downloads and installs them (e.g. Office). 

I tried "resetauthorization" and I deleted "Software Distribution" in one case, but that did not lead me to success.

Can you please lep me or give me any hint what to do next?
