What does 'Not working' mean?  Please be specific.

And provide the Flash Player version installed for IE, Chrome, and Opera.  Currently, you posted a link to Flash Player Help , instead of the actual versions installed on your system.

IE uses Flash Player ActiveX control, Chrome/Opera use the PPAPI plugin.  Chrome embeds Flash Player, which is only used by Chrome, not Opera.
