Ever since Microsoft upgraded IE to Edge, my cam cannot be accessed through Flash Player. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. Browser actually shows Flash Player was blocked. Permissions show it is Allowed status. I have deleted cookies, cleared history made sure everything is set to allow, turned off block popups, what else can I try?

It depends on the website.  Most modern browsers require that in order for a website to access the client camera and microphone, that all content on the page be served over a valid HTTPS connection.  You also need to allow Flash Player to run in your particular browser.

Flash Player Help

If that doesn't work, you might need to play around with what browser you're using, and/or talk to the content provider.  Also, IE is still available on Windows 10, it's just buried.  Type "internet explorer" into the windows search bar and you'll find it.
