Hello,
We have been working to convert our training content to HTML5 instead of flash, but we have sooo much content that uses flash, so we are not done yet. In the meantime, we thought users would be able to use IE to launch the content, but that does not appear to be the case. Prior to mid January we were able to play some of our remaining flash courses and do a video screen recording so we can use the mp4 file for now while the course is rebuilt. We can get the content to play anymore though in order to do that. We have SCORM package courses with flash (but do not have the source files to easily republish to HTML5) and some links to video that use flash. We tried to use the Flash Player Projector but we just get a blank screen. I read about removing the relaunch at the end of the code and also trying to edit the extension in the browser, but we don't have admin rights to our computers. Is there any way to use third-party software or anything to launch this content just a few more times so we can capture an mp4 of it?
Thank you!
The projector only plays SWF files. If you're trying to play HTML files it won't work.
Flash Player kill switch disabled Flash on Jan 12, 2021.
Enterprise Enablement may be an option until such time all browser’s remove support for Flash. Technical details can be found in the Flash Player Admin Guide, pages 28-35):

Sorry. One correction: We cannot get the content to play anymore though in order to do that.

Did you try changing the date of the computer to last year to record your mp4 files? That might work.
