Flash Player Removal

I have no technical skills, so need lots of help.  I tried to follow the steps to remove Flash Player, but it said I had to close Firefox, then it would continue.  I thought I had closed it, but it never continued. How do I close Firefox?

Please use the following guide.  Download the uninstaller from the instructions, reboot and then run it first thing.  You should be good to go.
