Yeah, the bottom line is that there's no Flash Player for iPad.  Adobe also doesn't provide direct technical support for free products like Flash Player (and Reader).  It sounds like they offered you a pointer to a potential solution as an act of kindness.

We do provide these customer-to-customer forums as a courtesy.  People on the team volunteer to monitor and respond to issues in their free time.

Flash Player has never been supported on any iOS device.

It's unfortunate that you paid for a browser that may or may not work for you, however, Adobe can't provide assistance for a product that isn't theirs.

That does not sound like Adobe Support. Sounds like a scam. There is NO support from Adobe for Flash Player, because it's free. As noted, nothing will make it work on an iPad.

There are a couple browsers that actually render everything in the cloud and stream it back to your mobile device.  Since that implies ongoing networking and server costs compared to a browser that does everything locally, those solutions usually cost money.  We also don't sell or support them.  This class of solution tends to be limited in terms of games and animation (the more stuff that's moving on the screen at once, the more bandwidth and CPU is required, and the less they can optimize), so your mileage will vary depending on what you need to actually do.

This is one of the browsers I know about:

You can find a list of platforms that Flash Player actually does support, here:

https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/tech-specs.html

Also, it's worth noting that Flash Player will reach it's end of life soon, so it may not be worth making a large investment in hardware.  You would probably be better off talking to the content provider about whether or not they have a non-flash alternative, and what their plan is post-2020, since the vast majority of their customers/visitors will no longer have access to Flash Player.
