Flash player un-installation

I am trying to remove/uninstall flash player from Chrome OS. All the sites I been sent to don t have Chrome. when downloading either Window or Mac chrome can t open file.  In the promission box flash don t show, dont know if mean don t have already. I been to your tech support, game support and forum. Google with no luck. also tried all for replacement for flash. Hope you can help      [moderator: personal information removed]

Just to wrap this up, Chrome 88 dropped support for browser plug-ins and removes the installed copy of Flash Player.  If you're on the current version of Chrome, you should be good to go.

Google manages (installs/updates) Flash Player on ChromeOS, not Adobe.  I imagine they'll soon release an update that removes Flash Player support.

With that said, no one on this forum can assist with removing Flash Player from ChromeOS.  You'll need to contact Google for assistance with that.

Yeah, just to summarize, you don't need to do anything.  Flash content is generally blocked by default, and a future update of Chrome on ChromeOS will drop support for Flash.  If you're a member of an enterprise organization (e.g. your computer is managed by a company or a school), your administrators will manage the process of updating and/or removing Flash support, at the point that it makes sense for that organization.
