Hello,

As the title says, I'm not able to complete installation of the update. I'm running windows 7 64bit, though i can only find one log, for 32, here it is - Shared Files - Acrobat.com

Let me know what other info i can provide.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for providing the file.

Can you please also provide both of the files saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs?

Thank you.

Thank you.

I do see an error in that log file, but I'm not familiar with it and will need to forward it to the online installer team for further investigation.

In the mean time, the offline installer, posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page, in the 'Still having problems' section should work.
