Flash Player won't install

I need adobe flash player for school and it won't install on my computer every time I type in my password and username it won't let me install it says error.

I type in my password and the box shakes and does nothing so what do I do I don't understand

This is the operating system prompting for the user_id and password, as such, it's the user_id and password you use to log-in, assuming it has Admin permissions.  See What userid & password do I need to install Flash Player? for assistance.
