hi! Customer Service

I am a student and I need flash player for my tests. I installed Flash player but it is not active. I have tried different ways and it does not open in any way. Please help me to resolve the problem.

You can prefer to download from official website and install as admin to active them. Definitely, this process work, if any issues come you take screenshot and post here to resolve for further help.

Hi!

After downloading adobe flash player, this is the message that shows on the

screen. I closed Chrome and any other active program on the computer but

still no good I need Adobe Flash Player to open my exams in my house. I

have also been asked about plugins

You can't email an attachment to the forums, so the screenshot you provided didn't come through.  You *can* add them via the web interface on the forums themselves.

Anyway, you probably just need to enable Flash Player in the browser.  Check out the link below.

As previously mentioned,all email attachments are blocked.  Please log onto the forums to post your screenshot.

Chrome controls the loading, or not, of plug-ins, not Flash.  Please see Google's support document Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help for assistance allowing Flash in Chrome.
