Google embeds Flash in Chrome, but disables it by default.  See Google's support doc, Use or fix Flash audio & video - Computer - Google Chrome Help , for troubleshooting Flash in Chrome.

Firefox uses the NPAPI plugin, which must be installed manually to view Flash content.  Launch Firefox and navigate to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download and install the NPAPI plugin.  Firefox also disables Flash by default.  See the Firefox support doc, Why do I have to click to activate plugins? | Firefox Help , for troubleshooting Flash in Firefox.
