FlashPlayer slow on Google Chrome

I have a FlashPlayer contents on my website that shows a simple 3d object.

I created this content a couple years ago, and it worked fine on Chrome.

I don't know what happened last week but it suddenly became so slow.

I don't know what fps it is actually running at but it seems really slow.

I have other people telling me that they are experiencing the same, and I have another group telling me it works fine.

Do you know what may be the cause of this and how I can solve this issue?

Thank you in advance,

Risa

We haven't made any changes that I'm aware of that should have significantly impacted performance on 3D objects.

If you're seeing bad performance and high CPU usage, that makes me think that your GPU isn't being used.  That may be because the GPU is unavailable (other applications have consumed the available GPU resources) or maybe Google has blacklisted the version of the drivers that you have.

If you want an authoritative answer, a link that demonstrates the problem would be helpful.
