Game will not load - black screen

i am using windows 7 and chrome on my laptop - until yesterday i had no problem playing the PC game Elvenar. Now i get a black screen on loading. i have checked latest download for both chrome and flash player and followed all instructions to  fix the problem i can find. i have clicked Secure and checked flash is allowed for the website. 

i have an old desktop and i can access the game from that after clicking the screen to allow flash.

dont know what else to do?

Yes I am in contact with them… but no answers that have helped the problem yet.
