help getting plug in on my MAC please

on the help page it says go to safari, prefernces, websites, click on adobe on the left, but adobe is not listed on the left. and ive already installed it. so frustrating, ive missed a whole webinar

You may have to scroll down to view the Plug-ins section.  If 'Adobe Flash Player' isn't listed in the Plug-ins section, it's not installed.

 

To install Flash Player for Safari

  1. using Safari, navigate to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer and download the NPAPI plugin.
  2. After the file downloads, close Safari.
  3. fNavigate to download save-to directory (usually the Downloads directory, unless saved to some other location), double-click the Flash Player DMG file to mount the image.
  4. Once mounted, double-click on the App file to launch the installer and follow the on-screen prompts.
