Hi Sujatha, I have been told I need to update my flash player, and to do this, first need to uninstall my current one. I'm having trouble with this, as there are so many steps...which are confusing to me!

Hmm... be suspicious. Unless you had a beta version of Flash Player or something, you shouldn't need to uninstall. The reason that we put a speed bump at uninstallation is because attackers that want to leverage a security bug that's already fixed frequently find it easier to talk you into downgrading to an old version than finding a new exploit.

That said, you can find the uninstallers here. You just need to download and run them.
Uninstall Flash Player - Windows:

At that point, download a copy of Flash Player directly from Adobe. Don't follow random links from random websites.
